All online orders are fulfilled by our fine art print partner, with production in London, Düsseldorf, or Brooklyn depending on your shipping location, ensuring museum-grade quality and careful handling from production to delivery.

We’ll be happy to arrange a custom print and provide a separate shipping quote based on your location and preferred print size.

Zimbabwe Orders

Within Zimbabwe, prints are available via custom order. Please contact us at info.cameraafrica@gmail.com including the title and size of the print you’re interested in. Alternatively, visit one of our local retail partners to view and purchase available works in person.

Production & Delivery Times

All artworks are printed to order using museum-grade materials.

Production time:

  • 2–5 business days

Delivery estimates:

  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • EU: 3–7 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–15 business days

  • Rest of World: varies by destination

Please note these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or seasonal demand. Total time between order and final delivery includes the production time and shipping time combined.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties

For some international destinations, local customs fees or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and will not be covered by Camera Africa.

Packaging

Your artwork is shipped in premium packaging designed to protect fine-art prints:

  • Small and medium prints ship flat-packed in rigid envelopes

  • Larger prints are shipped rolled in heavyweight tubes

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info.cameraafrica@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the damaged item

  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label

  • A brief description of the issue

Please retain all packaging materials, as they may be required for inspection or insurance purposes.

Once we have reviewed the claim, we will arrange either a replacement print or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Camera Africa will cover the cost of replacement production and shipping for items confirmed to have been damaged in transit.

Missing Items

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info.cameraafrica@gmail.com.

We will investigate the shipment with the courier and provide updates where possible. If an item is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note that delivery delays caused by customs processing, local postal services, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout are outside our control.

Additional Information

Camera Africa cannot accept responsibility for parcels that have been marked as delivered by the courier but subsequently reported missing, or for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

We strongly recommend that customers ensure delivery addresses are accurate and secure when placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from Camera Africa by Ralph Stutchbury. However, if you need to return an item for a refund or exchange, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please notify us by email at info.cameraafrica@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

All items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original Camera Africa packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method, less any original shipping charges, international taxes, or import duties incurred. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage or tracking number from your chosen courier, as Camera Africa cannot accept responsibility for parcels until they have been received by us.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local VAT/GST charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges cannot be refunded by Camera Africa, although you may be able to recover them by contacting your local customs authority.

Please note that items must not be returned without prior notification.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photographs of the damage. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the associated shipping costs.

Shipping costs will also be refunded for orders cancelled prior to production, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations. Please note, production happens within 1-3 days of your order being placed.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed.
